10 Resources for Where to File Complaints About Creditors Who Have Treated You Unfairly
Most people who have had to deal with creditors and collection agencies have, at some point, been treated unfairly. Creditors often use scare tactics to intimidate you so they can get the full amount that they feel you owe them. If you feel that you have been treated in an unfair and unprofessional manner by a creditor or financial institute, there are resources available to you so you can file a complaint with the proper agencies.

The Federal Trade Commission (or FTC) is the leading protector of consumers nationwide concerning credit cards and unsecured loans. The Federal Reserve takes complaints from consumers who feel they have been treated unfairly by a bank or other financial institution.
